My name is Santiago Valero, and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition . My love for fitness stemmed from playing soccer at the age of 5. I got introduced to CrossFit which was when fitness really became a lifestyle. The passion grew stronger and I became an L-1 coach where I coached group CrossFit classes and 1:1 PT clients. Having those 5 years of experience I then transitioned to a more traditional fitness coaching and brought along my knowledge from CrossFit to my sessions at Results Gym. My specialties are in mobility, functional movement, strength and conditioning ,full body training and core strengthening. ¡Yo tambien hablo los dos idiomas!
