Being involved in sports my whole life it persuaded me to take the next step and become a personal trainer. My name is Santiago Valero, and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition . My love for fitness stemmed from playing soccer at the age of 5. I got introduced to CrossFit which was when fitness really became a lifestyle. The passion grew stronger and I became an L-1 coach where I coached group CrossFit classes and 1:1 PT clients. Having those 5 years of experience I then transitioned to a more traditional fitness coaching and brought along my knowledge from CrossFit to my sessions at Results Gym.
